1: To freshen up your curls…. pin curl your hair an hour before going out to give you back that bouncy flair.
2: To maintain that sleek look with a slight bend….. wrap the hair in a circular motion and tie it down for at least an hour before going out to get that swinging hang time.
3: Don’t have time to go to the salon….. a half wig or drawstring ponytail can do the trick to give you some instant glam.
4: Whether its style 1, 2 or 3 that you choose…. make sure you use a humidity resistant type spray so you don’t sweat your hair out while having fun.

The biggest mistake women make with there hair weaves is treating the hair like a weave. You have to treat weave as if its your natural hair… don’t skimp on the products because you feel like it not yours.
Let’s start with shampoos and conditioner:
There are many products that cater to the weave client… what you really want to focus on are good cleansing shampoos, moisturizing conditioners and also a good leave in conditioner to minimize frizz and help with de- tangling.
When brushing the hair out start from the ends and work your way up to the track to minimize tangling.
For night care… make sure you wrap your weave with a silk or satin scarf to prevent split ends on the hair (yes weave can get split ends).
A trick for reviving synthetic hair, wash the synthetic piece with dish washing detergent to remove all debris… once the hair is squeaky clean use a cap full of fabric softener in water and swirl the piece in it. Since synthetic hair is a material… fabric softener will act as a de tangling conditioner.
Comb through the piece and hang to dry
